FAQs

How does online training work?

Once you secure your package, you will receive a training confirmation email that includes your personal training agreement. After you sign it, you will receive your training portal log in. You'll create your profile, log your beginning stats, and begin your workout regimen. View the workout demonstrations if needed and record your weight, reps and any relevant notes. Once you finish your workouts, feel free to send a text confirmation (I also receive a notification when you click "finish workout").

I will check in with you throughout the week to keep you on track. On Sunday you will receive a voice note recap of the week. Every 30 days we will jump on a zoom call to assess progress, and make any necessary changes to the program as needed.

How do the payments work?

When you select your package, the price you see will be your automatic monthly recurring subscription charge to your card on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time but do keep in mind that results take time and we recommend a minimum of 6 months of consistent training.

Can I change my package over time?

Yes, you can alter the details of your package at any time. Some clients start with more support and slowly decrease as they build habits and routines that support and sustain their progress towards their goals. We recommend investing in the options you know you will need in the beginning as opposed to trying to cut corners. It won't benefit you in the long run.

Do I need a gym membership?

No! Your program can be designed for either home or gym training. We'll create a plan that fits your schedule and lifestyle.

I'm a beginner. Is this program right for me?

Absolutely. Whether you're just getting started or have years of experience, your workouts will be customized to your fitness level, goals, and abilities. Every exercise includes detailed instructions and video demonstrations to help you train with confidence.

How often will we communicate?

All coaching packages include regular text check-ins, weekly progress reviews, and a monthly coaching call. Additional accountability and support options are available for clients who want more frequent communication.

How long before I see results?

Results vary based on your goals, consistency, and starting point. Many clients begin noticing improvements in their energy, strength, confidence, and habits within the first few weeks. Physical changes typically become more noticeable as consistency builds over time.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

Your safety is a priority. Your program will be curated and modified accordingly to help you train safely and effectively with any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations in mind.
